Sales condition -  season 2015

1 - Booking :

- All bookings should be communicated by email to SETAM LODGE office based in Tana. The office in Tana is the only responsible of planning of the lodge. Only booking by email can be take onto consideration. 

- Half board basis is compulsory.

2 - Rates : 

Rates of bungalow and meal are on local money, ARIARY and are valid  

From  01st January 2015 to 31st December 2015. Taxes are included , 

3 – Season :

Low season :    01st January to 31st March 2015 ; Whole December 2015

High season :    01st April – 30th November 2015

4 - Condition of booking & confirmation : 

Check out time is before 11h00 a.m

  1. Individual :

From 01 to 03 bungalows occupancy, the booking is considered as « individual » . 

On low season, the confirmation should be communicated in latest at 30 days prior clients’ arrival date

On High season, the confirmation should be communicated in latest at 60 days prior clients’ arrival date

After these deadlines, the booking is automatically cancelled

  1. Group :

From 4 to 15 bungalows occupancy, the booking is considered as « group ».

On low season, the confirmation should be communicated in latest at 60 days prior clients’ arrival date

On High season, the confirmation should be communicated in latest at 90 days prior clients’ arrival date

After these deadlines, the booking is automatically cancelled

  1. Special inquiry :

For booking up to 16 bungalows, you have to send a special request and booking condition will be communicated to you accordingly.

5 – Cancellation

No show :

At 29th to 15th day prior arrival date, 25% of total cost of accommodation is charged

At 14th to 7th day prior arrival date, 50% of total cost of accommodation is charged

Less than 07 days prior arrival date, 100% of full invoice

Partial cancellation :

At 29th to 15th day prior arrival date, No fee

At 14th to 7th day prior arrival date, 50 % of the cancelled accommodation

Less than 07 days prior arrival date, 100% of the cancelled accommodation

6 – Voucher inssuance :

The voucher should be collected at SETAM lodge office in Tana. 

Only clients having this voucher can be accommodated at the lodge. 

The issued voucher cannot me modified without prior agreement of responsible in Tana. 

7 – Billing & payment :

  1. Services mentioned on Voucher :

The payment is done in exchange of the voucher, no later than one week prior client’s arrival to the lodge. No emission of voucher is possible without full payment 

The payment will be in cash, by check or bank transfer to the order of SETAM LODGE.

  1. For extra services :

Are considered as « EXTRA » any service not mentioned in the Voucher. They are absolutely set at the lodge, exclusively in MGA as exchange service is not available. 

  1. Last minute modification of stay :

Any early departure or reduction of service compared to what has been mentioned in the voucher will result in no refund.

8 – Client's obligation while staying at Setam Lodge

Other guests other than those provided upon booking may not be hosted by the clients. 

All reservations and possession of a bungalow SETAM LODGE necessarily implies the acceptance of these conditions.

In any way any utensils of the Lodge cannot be used out of the lodge.

A laundry service is available, washing in the bungalow is forbidden, 

Is only permitted in the rooms, the use of electric shaver, hairdryer, cell phone charger.

No respect of these conditions duly established is subject to penalty and will be charged to the customer 

9 – Rates modification

The published rates are subject to change according to tax regulations change, SETAM LODGE is applying these conditions as per the current legislation.
